Maa Baglamukhi Mandir, located near Hathi Chowk in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, is a renowned Siddh Peeth dedicated to Goddess Baglamukhi, one of the ten Mahāvidyās. Established around 1743 CE by the ancestors of Mahanth Ajit Kumar Prasad, the idol—crafted from Astadhatu—was brought from Kolkata, making it a powerful centre of faith and miracles.

The temple combines traditional North Indian nagara style with local Mithila motifs. The sanctum (garbhagriha) houses the golden-hued idol of Baglamukhi under a small pyramidal shikhara.
