History

  • 2000: Conceptualized by Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation to honor Kargil War veterans.
  • 2004: Officially inaugurated by the Hon. Chief Minister on July 26, Kargil Vijay Diwas.
  • 2006: Musical fountain and children's play area added to enhance visitor experience.
